Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 5000 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
The 5000 platform, accessible at 5000.im owned and operated by the 5000 management team. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User") and the 5000 platform in all matters relating to your use of the services provided.
By accessing, registering for, or using any feature of the 5000 platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, poker, or any other service — you hereby express your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms.

5000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

- The user is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that violates the law.
- The user has violated any provision of these Terms.
- The account shows patterns of suspicious activity or behaviour inconsistent with normal use.
If your account has been suspended for reasons that can be resolved, you may contact the 5000 support team by email for further clarification.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules of Use
Users of the 5000 platform agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from 5000 is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the 5000 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to exploit the platform's systems.
- Attempting to access the platform's internal systems, databases, or source code without authorisation.
- Distributing content containing malware, viruses, or any code that could damage the platform's systems or harm other users.
- Taking any action intended to disrupt or damage the normal operation of the platform.
- Using another person's account or sharing login credentials with any third party.
Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where necessary, legal action. 5000 reserves the right to report any unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 5000 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds used are legally yours and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. 5000 reserves the right to request identity verification or supporting documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding the limits set by the platform.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same name as your 5000 account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed and will be automatically declined.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the selected payment method. The latest information on these limits is displayed in the deposit and withdrawal section of the platform when you are logged in.
5000 is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by factors beyond our control, including banking system failures, eWallet provider technical issues, or internet service disruptions.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
